Xlr8rs-Your own Tech-Basta is a platform where we focus on giving a learning experience that is not just confined to classrooms and textbooks. We believe that every child is creative and has the potential to bring great changes in the future. Unlike regular classrooms we don’t try to bind these creative and artistic minds into boundaries but just give them a direction to channelize their talent and empower them to shape a better world with their ideas.
We started in 2016 from Giridih, a small town in Jharkhand with delivering technical and non-technical sessions for school and college students. And with great response from our young minds four years down the line we see ourselves growing as a community where ideas are exchanged to find solutions to real-life problems. We focus on the implementation of the ideas on the ground so that our society can get benefitted from it. Our vision is to create a space for the young innovators and provide the resources and not boundaries.

THE
founders
Xlr8rs is a brainchild of three young professionals who chose to transform the traditional idea of learning. They tried to clear the hurdles of lack of information, resources, and guidelines for the coming generations which they faced during their student life.
Ankit Singh (Co-Founder) - “Ankit Bhaiya” as his students say, is currently the Education In-charge at Astroport India. He also comes in the top 50 mentors of ATAL INNOVATION MISSION and has mentored a number of students who performed exceptionally well at national level challenges. He is also an educator at Unacademy and is constantly guiding young minds for the last five years. He loves to paint and play flute.
Himanshu Gupta (Partner) - Himanshu was a Financial Analyst in a leading MNC and alumni of Delhi University. He has done MBA from Symbiosis Business School and has a great career in business and commerce sector. He is a great speaker and loves to write poetry.
Avnish Anshu (Co-Founder) – Avnish is a mechanical engineer by chance and a software professional by choice. He is working as a Programmer Analyst at a leading MNC. He has been looking at the operations work at xlr8rs. He also interned with two more companies as a Business development trainee. He loves cooking and writing in free time.
